The view and location are amazing but they’re unfortunately ruined by the poor service and disappointing food. The food is frozen, takes way too long to arrive and was served cold. We even found a hair in one of the burgers, which they replaced but was still served cold even after our complaints about that. Most of our requests were just ignored, we asked twice for our table to be cleaned once we sat down and we were just ignored. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
