They did offer alternative dates but we explained given the logistic of rescheduling at the varying age groups of the party (over 65) the general consensus was the safest thing for all would be to avoid travelling until safe. Management advised the owner was adamant he was not refunding the money. They are now ignoring all emails being sent to them. No communication what-so-ever.
The owners and management are an absolute disgrace. Whilst I appreciate the Hospitality industry is struggling, aren’t we all. They have taken advantage to money grab.
