The pint was nice. I liked the ambience more. Big sitting space inside and outdoor. 1 thing was funny about cctv in male toilet area Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Hayes is a run down area in West London, but the Botwell inn is a rose in a thorny patch. Very clean and tidy, good decor with plenty of seating. The service is quick and efficient and it has the usual great choice of beers at reasonable prices. Worth a visit.

100% good service from all of the staff at this wonderful place everybody works so hard to keep the place rynning sweetly VERY PROFESSIONAL TOO Food is also excellently cooked everytime I visit this place 3 or 4 OR MORE times a week AND CAN NEVER FIND ANY FAULT even toilets are clean and "sweet smelling" ALL OF THE STAFF HERE NEED TO BE PRAISED FOR THEIR EFFORTS !
