If you buy online, they will send bad cuts to get rid of them. This is a 280 grams sirloin cap- picanha, supposed to be a steak. Instead of a well proportioned regular cut, they sent two small end cuts, one almost %50 fat anyway. This will never cook to medium rare properly, unless sous vide. It’s the third time I get a bad cut on online order, so here is the comment.

Great service - I felt like a guest, not a customer. She was taken care of incredibly well - and I'm one of those "difficult" ones. The counter offers both meat and cheese. This time I was tempted by bacon fat in two versions - a fairy tale. I will definitely be a frequent "guest" :)

A place created by enthusiasts of great food and wine. A delicatessen with a meat profile, but in the true sense of the word delicatessen. In specific: the best steaks in the city (my favorite is the Polish heifer entrecote), amazing cold meats for which I travel halfway across the city every week. Plus a lot of interesting and rare things, such as amazing French butter with salt, home made demi glace or smoked salt. Pro tips: - deliveries of cold meats and fresh pork (Podlaska pig or Złotnicka top quality) are on Wednesdays - on Friday and Saturday there is focaccia. But if someone tells me that they ate better food, and I'm not talking about Poland, please let me know. I will even consider a prize because it will be a big challenge ;) Minus one - it's addictive. - this is a place in line with the Slow Food philosophy. So you can ask to choose and chop the meat for the tartare according to your preferences. Trade off is that sometimes, if you are unlucky enough to get into a queue during rush hour, you may have to wait a while. Recently, however, such a situation happened to me a long time ago. The important thing is that quality costs money. There are usually no cheap products here, but I have never bought a product that was not worth the price. For me, as a slightly crazy foodie, Hala Mirowska has been a must-see for 3 years. They also have a second point in Żoliborz on Przasnyska Street with a full range of products.
