While passing through Auxerre we discovered their baguette at the Noyo restaurant. We then went there and had Paul Bert baguettes, classic millefeuille and hazelnut, café éclair. Top-notch baguettes, very crusty and crispy, a crumb with texture and taste. And they keep well (if you haven't devoured them in the blink of an eye) Fabulous millefeuilles, among the best we have eaten (and as we are a fan of millefeuilles, we have tasted quite a few everywhere we go). The lamination is exceptional. Well cooked, it has flavor. The cream is tasty and light. And they are light. We are far from the tasteless millefeuilles with a powder-based cream etc... which weigh down your stomach I was less convinced by the coffee eclair. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
