It took 40 minutes to make 2 salads. The chicken was full of gristle and not cooked fresh. The tofu was raw. The avocado was not ripe. Just to name a few of the reasons these salads weren’t edible. I asked for a refund and only get a partial after being questioned about why it took me a little over 3 hours to complain Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

My favorite place to eat in a town filled with amazing restaurants. The Boulder Salad excels in fresh ingredients and delicious healthy choices for lunch. Highly recommend it! Service: 5
