I was very unimpressed with the service. All I did was accidentally cut the barista off and try to order something else while she was explaining that they didn’t have chai tea, and she got short with me. I apologize to her and told her that I was just in a rush, and she still rolled her eyes at me and continue to be short. After that the coffee I received was just not good. Just do yourselves a favor and don’t even step foot in there

Bourbon coffee is a great place to go for a quick iced coffee or to pick up jugs of non-generic coffee for a meeting. I called them once from 15 minutes away for 3 jugs of coffee for a meeting I had in 30 minutes and they somehow managed to get the order prepped and ready with all of the milk, creamer, etc. in bags and ready to go. They even carried it to my car for me. Plus, their snacks are reasonably priced and very tasty. My one peeve is their straws - the lids on their plastic to go cups are sturdier than the straws they provide, so if you get an iced drink inevitably the straw gets punctured and is then useless to drink from and you have to take off the lid.
