First, a staff asked us where we would like to sit and when we pointed to the table we wanted before that itself he had disappeared and we kept waiting for around a minute then we went to the table ourselves. No one came to take our order , we waited for 15 min still no one showed up .. then finally the waiter came to take our order which was one appetizer dish .. we ended up waiting for a whole hour and STILL no one came to attend to us .. the people at the table beside us came after us and they ordered both appetizers AND main courses while we still are sitting with nothing. We ended up leaving as no one showed up then at the exit the supervisor/manager showed up and told us that our dish is actually ready in the kitchen and we asked him to cancel and that we are leaving due to the long neglect from the staff .. no apology from the staff nothing at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Assima Mall has a hidden gem with this spot. The dark, moody ambiance creates an incredibly cozy atmosphere that feels worlds away from the shopping center. The food was truly amazing and lived up to the hype. While it’s a bit of a unique, "one-time" kind of experience, it’s absolutely worth the visit for the aesthetic and the flavors. Bowery came highly recommended, but unfortunately I was very disappointed after trying it. I usually like to order a variety of dishes when I visit a place for the first time, and typically 8 out of 10 are good — but this time it was the complete opposite. The only dish that was okay was the pizza (and even that was nothing special, just a regular pizza). The rest were a disaster. The food was either undercooked or overcooked, with strange textures and flavors. For me, it’s a “try once but not again” type of place. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch
