During the Ferragosto period, these are some of the busiest days of the year in Rimini and, when we're at full capacity, waiting times can unfortunately be longer than usual.All our arrosticini and skewers are cooked to order on the grill, and even during the busiest services we prefer to respect the cooking process and the quality of the product rather than rush it.We're sorry that the longer waiting time affected your overall experience, and we truly appreciate your patience.We hope to welcome you back to Brace 11-25 in a less hectic moment, with the same 5/5 food experience but much shorter waiting times! Siamo nel pieno del periodo di Ferragosto, tra i giorni di maggiore affluenza dell'anno a Rimini, e quando il locale è al completo i tempi possono inevitabilmente allungarsi rispetto alla normalità.Tutti i nostri arrosticini e spiedini vengono cotti espressi sulla brace e, anche nei momenti di maggiore affluenza, preferiamo rispettare i tempi di cottura e la qualità del prodotto senza accelerare un processo che per noi è fondamentale.Ci dispiace che l'attesa abbia inciso sulla tua esperienza complessiva e ti ringraziamo per la pazienza.Speriamo di rivederti presto da Brace 11-25, magari in un momento meno intenso, per offrirti lo stesso 5/5 sul cibo, ma con tempi decisamente più brevi!
