Bran, a cozy bakery nestled on Kitakasai Street in Edogawa, offers an array of fresh and handmade bread, with a focus on soft and fluffy textures. Known for reasonable pricing, it has become a favored spot for locals who appreciate delicious yet affordable baked goods. The bakery operates from Tuesday to Sunday, welcoming patrons between 10:30 AM and 6:30 PM.
While Bran is not listed extensively on popular directories, it does have a minimal presence on Google. With only takeaway available, the experience is further characterized by cash-only transactions, reflecting a more traditional approach. Reviews from visitors emphasize the charming allure of the bread's aesthetic, though there's no recent feedback beyond two years ago to provide insight into any changes.
Despite its limited selection compared to larger chains, Bran appears to maintain a loyal customer base due to the quality of its offerings and the friendly owner-baker. However, potential visitors should take note of the lack of wheelchair-accessible amenities, including parking, and the absence of toilet facilities. For anyone looking to support a local artisan bakery, quick visits are recommended to ensure you snag some of the fresher items before they're gone.

There are many soft breads All of them are very delicious and the prices are reasonable, so I buy them occasionally. The bread was fluffy and delicious. If the bag was a little cuter, it could also be used as a souvenir.

Cute little bakery with fresh, handmade bread at a very reasonable price. Everything I tried was delicious but will have to go back again earlier before the popular items sell out and try them. Also the owner/baker was very kind and friendly so I am more than happy to support him.

You can eat very soft and fluffy bread. What I especially like is that the shape of the bread is so beautiful compared to other bakeries. It's soothing to watch. The variety is smaller than the chains, but each one is delicious and I'm very satisfied. I see many people buying a lot at once
