Found this place due to poor service at another location. They are hidden away from view of main highway but well worth finding. Can't go wrong with a 6 oz sirloin and side for $9.99. Great tasting food awesome service and great decor. If ever in the area again I will definitely revisit. Front desk clerk was respectful but had an attitude. Waitress was very pleasant and attentive but forgot our salads until the meal was brought out. The steaks were flavorful, but way overcooked and not even close to the way we ordered them. I thought I'd never have to post anything against our favorite, Brandin Iron Steakhouse. Mom visited today and brought lunch with her. When she got to the house, she noticed that 2 things were missing from her order. I called the restaurant thinking they would just credit Mom for the missing items. The lady who answered the phone said they would put a note by the register to give to her the next time she came in. I explained to her that my mom was visiting and lived nowhere near the restaurant. I asked her to credit it back to her credit card. She said that they don't credit back to cards. My mom spent $94 for lunch with a $20 tip and you mean to tell me that you cannot credit back $8 to her credit card, better yet, you can't even make sure you put everything in the bags? I had to bite my tongue on this one because it wasn't my issue; however, this was no fault other than Brandin Iron's. This was her favorite steakhouse when she would come up this way and sadly, she won't be back. 08.08.23 This is an update to the business's reply. The lady I spoke with took down my mom’s information. She did say she had to wait until the manager came in so she could speak with them. The same lady I originally spoke with called back and told my mom that she had spoken with the manager, and they were unable to process a refund for the missing food. So, we did what you said before you even had to say it and she was still denied a refund. The manager should have personally called my mom back instead of hiding behind an employee that didn't have authority. I also changed my 3 star to a 2 star because of the dishonest reply from the business. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3

Again we are sorry for our mistake with the order that was missing items as we are human and mistakes may occur.
