Even though there was a hair in the food, the staff never apologized until the very end. Instead, she(I guessed she is a manager) tried to dismiss the situation by claiming it was a sweet potato stem, which was honestly unbelievable and very unpleasant. Since I was with children, I tried to stay calm and continue the meal, but the experience completely ruined our mood. What was even more shocking happened at the end when we were paying the bill. They added a strange item that we never ordered and tried to charge us extra. I don’t know whether it was a mistake or intentional, but I was extremely disappointed by such poor and careless service. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant, especially because no sincere apology was ever given. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Worse place ever, welcomed by one waiter & we placed orders only for her to dissappear . Got another waiter who didn’t even pay much attention. He got us drinks, we placed an order with him. Our friends who joined after placed an order for drinks which came hot. They placed an order for food which they received before us. I was so pissed i confronted our waiter who denied that we placed orders, even the lady denied. I just paid for drinks & left because that place has zero service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
