Hi LT, Thank you for taking the time to reach out to let us know about your experience at the Brass Taps. I completely understand your frustration with the nachos you received. They are one of my favourite items to order as an appetizer wherever I go, and I share your disappointment when they do not come out with a lot of toppings. I have spoken to our kitchen team and have asked them to ensure staff are following our recipes to standard as our nachos should be going out loaded with toppings. I’m sorry to hear about your disatisfaction with our trivia host - I appreciate that their sense of humour might not be for everyone. Please know that our team will be addressing this issue with the host and asking them to tone down the language. As a way of apology, I have prepared some gift cards you that can be picked up from the Brass Taps management office so that hopefully you’ll give our nachos another go (I recommend trying them made on crosstrax!).
