Sunday night are hard in this part of town, you want something good and not to expensive and not plain jane style like McDonalds or any other fast food joint for that matter. Booked for 8:30 sat outside quickly switched to inside was cold a bit and rather be inside chairs and bench were more comfy. It's animal friendly so puppy was inside and dog on terasse which I didn't mind found it cute there wasn't a million so it was fine. There was a bunch of waiters one to seat you, one to take your order, one for the meal and another for dessert. Service was great 5 starts on noticing when plates were done or switching of forks and sweeping up crumbs. One waitress had to ask two times for water and then another guy until it was finally brought over. Food was good I enjoyed everything. Steak was very juicy and cooked just right. Green beans little over done but I don't blame them everyone is ordering the same meal pretty much. I enjoyed the sauce that came with the steak a little greasy but it's home made so the taste was excellent. Dessert was huge, 3 balls of ice cream chocolate syrup with dough I couldn't resist I mean After a meal like that you need something sweet. Best part is the overall structure of the building, the terasse is huge and then you walk up steps to a huge dinning room with 3-4 sections I believe. The stairs are what caught my eye huge staircase to get to the bathroom but it's lovely. Before going back down there's another room upstairs for special events I guess and it has its own private balcony beautiful.
The amuse bouche was a little smoked shrimp. That was the start of our meal. Went with a group of 6 around 9pm. Started with the oysters that originated in Ireland. Crisp and clean taste. So good. For my entree i had the chateaubriand which had the most amazing bernaise sauce accompanying it. For desert i indulged in creme brulee but i think that the chocolate soufflee that i had a bite of was even better. Great wine list, wonderful service and good food. Cant beat that
