Had couple of cocktails and nibbles there after dinner somewhere else. Nice ambiance, cosy, loved the drinks - the barmen made one specifically for me, it was delicious. Surprisingly good olives served with drinks. The service was a bit slow, but that seems to be typical for Amsterdam. We had read about Bar Brasserie OCCO in The Dylan Hotel while planning our trip to Amsterdam. We went for lunch on our first day in Amsterdam and loved the brasserie so much, we returned two more times. Sitting at the bar in a lovely room overlooking a peaceful courtyard was just what we need after our long flight. The staff on all three visits were very professional and friendly. They mix great cocktails and the bartender recommended a lovely Spanish white wine that we loved. We ordered the chicken gyoza all three visits. They are the best we've had.
