Order 2 pizza and chips to take away. Booked for 6.30. On pick up pizzas were cooked but chip not started. Ended up with half cooked chips and cold pizza Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Concerning certain comments about the Owner of the Brasserie du Lac, who is also the manager of the 2 other establishments (snack bar and grocery store), same company... if certain reflections are made to the staff in front of the customers, it is because it is necessary to do them immediately for the smooth running of the catering service to customers.
