We were there in a group of 6 people. The service initially came quickly and brought menus and also took the orders quite quickly, which also came quickly. First of all, about the food: the vegan tarte flambée seemed to be a wild mess of vegetables that were still left (quote from the person who ordered it), which then caused the base to get soggy very quickly (so it wasn't really good), the rest of the feedback Food was medium to satisfactory (I had a Swiss sausage salad that was good both in terms of taste and quantity, the schnitzel with spaetzle was also okay). to service. We had exactly once the opportunity to order drinks again, there will be no more service to the table for ages - I mean: no one!!! We stayed for over an hour, all glasses empty, left to dry... unbelievable. Unfortunately, it wasn't the first time I've experienced this there. It's just that we haven't had the opportunity to order anything for over 40 minutes: currently service places you, and then you sit and wait. Then we left. This time we at least had something to drink and eat - just not as much as we wanted... for me: after it's probably common practice to ignore a guest - it's a shame, the food isn't bad, the drinks/beer are good, but I won't let myself be ignored... Anytime I am in Germany I feel bad writing a review, especially about a place that is serving your typical German food.  I try and try and try to eat it and I just don't like it.  Brauhaus Schonbuch seemed especially mediocre for Swabian food. There just wasn't one item on the menu that I thoroughly enjoyed.   That being said it is near downtown, so the ambiance is good.  I liked the outdoor eating.  The services was actually very good for Europe. You could do worse, but also could do much better.
