Drove 30 minutes to get a fancy brownie fudge ice cream with butter pecan scoops, I declined the receipt when asked if I wanted it in the drive thru. Get all the way home to realize I got vanilla scoops. Very dissatisfied and disappointed 3/10.

Don’t let that menu lie to you! I was craving some chicken strips and gravy one day and went to Braums and ordered 2-3 chicken strips with gravy. Those chicken strips were dried out and about 2 inches long and 1/4 inch think. . They were somewhere around $3-4 a piece. I was so freaking mad!!!!!!

Went in to eat here at this particular Braums for the first time and my order was correct and the food was great as well as the staff gave off a friendly welcoming vibe and what I liked most of all other than the food was the fact that the place was really clean and all tables were clean and the food and drink accessories island for drinks, straws, napkins, ect was clean. The Braums in Hugo Oklahoma where ive been eating lately is unclean, very unsanitary. The floors are always nasty and the booth tables, walls and seats are barely cleaned as well as the ketchup containers on the island where people get straws and things are always left open for flies and hair and boogers to fall in and the staff always look like they hate to be there as well as the ceiling and vents are caked with dust
