I’ve been visiting this Braums since I moved to Euless, which has been over 5 years but today I came and received the sloppiest ice cream cone and sloppy service literally sitting in line for 10 minutes just to receive my ice cream and then when I address the concern of purchasing a large ice cream cone, and not even receiving the amount I should for a large item The worker didn’t even address my concerns and sent me my way. I do not think I will be visiting Brahms again as I do not want to sit in line for over 10 to 15 minutes just to receive ice cream and then they’re not being anyone in front of me as to why the line was backed up. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10
