I ordered golden brown fries and that caused an attitude in both the order taker and the manager.
I ordered a strawberry shake and ended up with a cup of strawberry milk, with 2 banana slices. Because I know the banana slices had to be placed in the shake after it was mixed, it was done purposefully. That's mean!
I hate that this is the Braums near me.
I have to believe Braums stopped caring long ago. They have found a comfortable place in the mediocrity zone.
You really should at least hire decent store managers!!!
