The young lady at the register was struggling. Idon't think it was her fault. She seemed to not understand English very well. The manager was making food instead of keeping things running smoothly. The food was eh.

I’ve never had such bad service. As a fellow service worker I felt bad because I know what it’s like to be understaffed until I walk in to no less than 15 employees working a very much not busy shift we were the only ones in the drive thru and maybe three people inside. Supervisor not once said I’m sorry or made any effort to make sure the items I got were correct. Handed me a completely melted shake gave me an attitude when I asked for it to be remade because it was entirely liquid. Told me they didn’t have ice cream lids for an establishment that sells drive thru ice cream (I could visibly see them either she’s not aware of their own stock or it was intentional either one is irritating when you’re the supervisor and should know). I want a refund but I also never want to interact with a braums ever again. Getting ice cream is supposed to be fun and relaxing not a debate on if I should stand up for myself or not.

This flew into my mouth while drinking a soda. It’s mold from the soda machine I’m guessing. Genuinely probably the most disgusting things to see come out of a drink. I can only imagine wha the inside of their soda machine looks like and the rest of the place. I can never trust that place again now and I’ve went there all my life. Disgusting and disappointing it’s fallen so far.
