Order taker on 5/29/26 did a terrible job and was the ONLY time a drive thru order taker has ever had an attitude with me. I ordered a #2 only cheese, bacon, ketchup, and extra pickle. They must have gotten confused or something and responded with “ok so you DONT want only cheese and bacon” and we clarified what we wanted. Sweet and polite. Order taker responded with “shake or drink” in such a terrible attitude. We are always so proud of the service the younger reps give thru the drive thru at a fast food resturaunt and feel like braums has good standards and great employees but tonight I can’t believe this attitude. This all happened after we waited about 6 minutes in “drive thru #2” and circled back around to the primary drive thru order station thinking station two was broken. Now we know it was clearly a frustrated , bad attitude person manning the mic. Highly disappointed with the attitude that we chose to not even give our business and opted to leave instead. Not one to leave negative reviews but this employee (female) was unlike any that we’ve ever encountered at this location. Management needs to know.

Poor service we got burgers they forgot drinks we asked for our drinks and they gave them but when we opened the bag they forgot the braum sauce but we already driven off (we were going through drive through)

Braum's is always a great place to stop for a meal, dessert, or groceries. The food is consistently fresh, hot, and made to order, and the ice cream is some of the best around. The staff is friendly, helpful, and works hard to make sure customers are taken care of. The restaurant is clean, the service is quick, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you receive. I also love the convenience of having a fresh market inside with milk, produce, and other grocery essentials. Whether you're grabbing breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just a sweet treat, Braum's never disappoints. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food, excellent ice cream, and friendly service!
