The Peruvian chef’s special fettucine with the the lomo Was amazing. I asked for the aji sauce and omg, all of these flavors together were just so mind blowing. My partner had the lomo Saltado with rice and that was great as well because the fries were crispy. We had passion fruit juce which had just the right amount of sweetness. We ended with the lucuma ice cream which was so delicious with the chocolate center. Edit: Went back and their pan con chicharron is SO delicious. Sweet and tangy with crunchy pork bits. AMAZING!! Went last night with family. Super cute and very clean restaurant. Menu had lots of options and we went with recommendation from owner who was very helpful and so kind. We started with yellow tail ceviche which was fresh and bright and a nice touch of heat. We also had Papa a la Huancaina which is yucca fries with yummy light cheese sauce. For our entrees we had Pan Con Chicharron which I’m still dreaming about. RUN to get this sandwich!! We also had the Chaufa with combination style and finally the filet stir fry style Lomo Saltamo. Delicious!! For dessert, we had homemade passion fruit trifle, choco-lucuma trifle. So light and refreshing. Chicha Morada is a purple corn drink with cinnamon and apple which was reminiscent of a fall day. Absolutely would recommend- haven’t had such fresh, natural food is a long time!! Great place! Had an amazing experience at Bravazo Peruvian Cuisine! The meat was cooked perfectly—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The pasta was incredibly flavorful, rich, and satisfying with every bite. Everything we tried felt thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. We highly recommend this spot and will definitely be back. I love it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
