The food here always taste good. I can’t believe I’m just now leaving a review. I’ve been eating at Bravos for over a decade. They get packed out on Sunday afternoons. You’re looking for a restaurant where you can see your meal being put together in front of you and don’t mind waiting in line. This is the spot. I am a regular at Bravo Mexican Grill, and we also use their catering for our company meetings. A few days ago I was going through the line side-by-side with my friend, ordering the same thing, a quesadilla. For some reason, the guy put a giant scoop of beans on my friend's order, and a tiny sprinkling of beans on my order -- about 25-30% of the portion on my friend's. When I asked "Can I get a few more beans, please", the manager curtly said "you will have to pay extra", and "that is the portion size". I pointed out the discrepancy, to no avail. I know it seems petty, but the rudeness of the manager -- to a loyal customer -- has soured me on this restaurant. They have lost my business over 5 cents worth of beans.
