Braze did an amazing job at our wedding this weekend. The charcuterie trays were beautiful. Everyone loved watching the preparation on the grills throughout the afternoon. The food is delicious. The presentation was beyond our expectations. Thank you for making our day so perfect!!

Incredible... I have had the pleasure of enjoying the dinner & a show that is Braze twice now. The food is some of the best meat I have ever tasted and the preparation done right in front of your eyes creates such a fun and engaging atmosphere to share with friends and family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone, even vegetarians (this will turn you back to meat!)

Honestly the best Brazilian bbq in Madison. Catering is amazing.
