Well, whenever we enter a place, we can summarize the experience as positive or negative, considering all aspects (a restaurant is not made of food alone). In this case, my experience was NEGATIVE, despite the food being tasty. As soon as I entered, already at the buffet and with the plate in hand, the first thing that crossed my mind was: "I'm not going to eat salad". This was due to the number of flies that were landing and flying over the food. Why don't they put up those rotating devices to scare away the flies?! Looking around, what you can see is a somewhat abandoned environment, with installations done haphazardly (see the TV installation in the photo below). There was only one Chinese woman, at the cashier, who sat the whole time, looking at her cell phone, completely absent from what was going on in the restaurant (literally left to her own devices), and only got up when it was time to receive payment. But the real highlight was when it came to weighing the food. I placed the plate on the scale and asked: "What is the cost to eat as much as you want?", to which the employee replied: "36.90, but if it were a Chinese person here, he would want to charge you per kilo, since that you put the plate on the scale first." I have no words to describe such stupidity and I wonder if this is legally permitted, especially because there is no warning about this anywhere in the restaurant and the customer should be informed in advance. Requiring the customer to decide whether they want to pay the fixed price or per kilo before weighing the food seems to me to be something so petty, so small, something for people who value even pennies and are only concerned with profit. You might want to take your own scale and weigh the food before making that decision. It's ridiculous to imagine customers having to do this, but not as ridiculous as the restaurant's own requirement. Anyway, the food is good, but the experience is not. As there are several other Chinese food restaurants in the city, I don't recommend this one.
