Barbora thanks for the feedback. We dont add any additives or raising agents to our pastries but equally they should be the same across all locations. We are reviewing our processes to ensure you get the same product across locations. Sometimes you will get variations but not to the extent you mentioned. The bread is sourdough and is well fired but give it a go as really delicious with the carmelised exterior, the breads are all made for Cabinteely in Pearse Street.
