Clients don't highly appreciate waffles at Bread Code. In accordance with the guests' opinions, the staff can be unpleasant. Unprofessional service is something that guests would like to improve here. Users write negative reviews because the atmosphere is dull. Google users haven't given this place a high rating.

Need to work on hygiene. Bird flying out from bakery. The old auntie dropped the cake and it 'dismantle' and she simply kiap and put it back on like nothing happened. She wore a glove to handle cheese, and use the other hand without glove to peel the cheese. What's the point of wearing glove 1 side? I hope the owner see this. And waffle used to be nice, but the way this person makes it, not so nice anymore. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I was the only customer in the shop and order waffle to go. Paid on the spot and the 1 of the crew proceeded to pour waffle mixture on right side of the machine with the left being empty. Proceeded to wait outside so as not to disrupt other paying customer in the shop. A malay customer came while I was waiting outside and ordered another 2 waffle. When I saw the "right side" waffle being taken out, was very surprise to be told that waffle wasn't mine but belongs to another malay customer and pointed out that my waffle was on the left instead. I pointed out that the customer came after me instead but both the crews ignored me and tell me to wait for the left side waffle. Very disappointed to know that service is not base on first come first serve and of course I hope nobody else experience their kind of "service attitude" Time of purchase 09 Feb 26 about 0940-1000 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was charged $11.80 for a bottle of fish crackers that was marked at $6.80. The product was also stale, which prompted me to return it. Upon returning to the shop, I noticed the overcharge. When I raised this issue with the cashier, there was no apology or accountability initially. An apology was offered reluctantly only after further questioning, which was disappointing given the situation. Will never return to this shop! Food: 1 Service: 1
