I came here to say that I truly love Breadsmith. The bread and the service have always been great, and my kiddo loves stopping in for the free cookie. And please—don’t pull the bread or pizza dough out of Hornbacher’s. However, it’s disappointing to see how much the atmosphere of the store has declined. The name tags on the bread are handwritten on whatever scraps are available. The display area is being used for miscellaneous storage, and the back storage area is overflowing. It feels like the level of care and presentation just isn’t what it used to be. Maybe it’s time to put the same effort into Breadsmith that went into the new meat store.
