I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding an incident that occurred today at your Inala Breadtop store at approximately 3:20 PM. During my visit, I was treated in a highly unprofessional and disrespectful manner. The staff member handling the payment was engaged in an ongoing conversation with another woman, who did not appear to be an employee. They were chatting cheerfully and continuously, completely disregarding their responsibility to serve me. The attitude of your staff member was extremely poor. It felt as though she was eager to rush me out of the store, as if my presence was interrupting their conversation. Meanwhile, the other woman, who did not appear to be part of your staff, stared at me in an unfriendly and uncomfortable manner throughout the interaction. I have been a loyal customer of your store for a long time and have always appreciated your service, which I have found to be better than many other bakeries. On previous occasions, even when I arrived late and the store was close to closing, your staff were still willing and happy to assist me in finding a birthday cake. This level of service is why I have continued to support your business. However, I must say that today’s experience was extremely disappointing and falls far below the standard I have come to expect from your store. I hope you will take this matter seriously and address the issue with your staff to ensure that such behavior does not happen again. Price per person: $20–40 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
