My first impression, although there is a large mirual on the wall, the decor was plain and nothing stood out with a-little pop.. The Breakfast Shack sounds like a chill summertime vibe kinda spot, I just didn’t get that feel. Small delay to get the ball rolling with each table but they have only been open two weeks. Menu was basic, food was okay. I wish the biscuits and gravy tasted better, sausage tastes weird and the gravy wasn’t very good. ;( I don’t know if we will visit again, but hopefully they can stand-out a bit more going forward with their menu/decor/time management. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: $30–40

Humm Sarah, sorry to disappoint you first off. I know we had an issue with our waffle maker and couldn’t complete your order correctly, I looked up your ticket and we did take off one meal out of the three. Let’s talk about our keep it simple method of our decor, we aren’t in Scottsdale nor downtown Gilbert so our budget isn’t there plus customer base seems like they love our Shack style. I hope that next time (if there is a next time) you ask for me personally so I can guarantee you get a good experience. Thanks Shawn
