Come for a meal after seeing Australian Antarctic Division Headquarters. It might be good to enjoy great coffee. Nice service is something clients appreciate here. Google gives it 4.8 so you can choose this cafe to have a good time here.

Came all the way here based off the good reviews only to find the opposite. The staff seemed annoyed I had interrupted their morning chat. No one offered a smile in return. This is the first bad service experience we have had in Tasmania. So dissapointing. The littler blonde girl in particular is very unfriendly. The brunette girl that took our order was fine. As a young woman myself and don’t understand what the hostility could be about, but considering the space itself obviously has had a lot of effort and money put into it, that type of behaviour shouldn’t be tolerated. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi guys, My Name is Nathan Reid, the business owner. I am so sorry that you had that experience in our cafe. Unfortunately I am not there at the moment so not sure why this has happened but will be heading there soon to find out why this has occurred. The young blonde girl is there on work experience from high school and this is her second day on the Job. Once again, I am deeply sorry for your experience.
