Server Joceylyn was notified of a food allergy and smiled when I informed them that the gluten-full food that they had served me would kill someone with a more severe allergy. Terrible service and people. I will never go back. Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Anna, I wholeheartedly apologize for this unacceptable mistake. We take our gluten free menu and the dietary restrictions of our customers very seriously. As I mentioned on the phone I would very much so like to make this situation …Hi Anna, I wholeheartedly apologize for this unacceptable mistake. My recent visit to Brewer's Alley in Frederick was a regrettable experience. Despite the promising aroma of delicious food, the overall dining venture was marred by appalling service and a disappointing lack of beer choices. Right from the start, it was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority. The staff seemed disinterested and indifferent, resulting in excruciatingly long wait times for even the simplest requests. Whether it was placing an order or asking for a refill, I found myself growing increasingly frustrated with the lackadaisical service. Furthermore, as someone who appreciates a good selection of craft beers, I was sorely disappointed by the limited options available. Many of the beers advertised were unavailable, leaving me with few choices and a sense of disillusionment. It's baffling how a place with "brewery" in its name could fall so short in this regard. Although the food managed to tantalize my taste buds momentarily, the overall experience left much to be desired. Dining out is about more than just the food; it's about the atmosphere, the service, and the overall enjoyment of the experience. Unfortunately, Brewer's Alley failed to deliver on all fronts. In conclusion, I would not recommend Brewer's Alley to anyone seeking a satisfying dining experience. Save yourself the disappointment and explore the plethora of superior options available in Frederick. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
