Food was amazing, got the wagu platter, the burgers were fantastic, the steak was top quality and perfectly cooked. Good variety on the platter perfect for sharing.Highly reccommend getting the bacon jam cheese dip, no explanation neccessary. Was stuffed after the food but best beleive I got the platter of desserts to go and will be having that later, the waiter Henry was great, food came quick. Will definitely come again. Had been waiting ages to try Brewski and finally got round to it. It was everything I hoped it would be and totally lived up to the hype on social media. Food was amazing, service was great and the venue was very cool and trendy, playing great music. Highly recommended Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Zero stars if it was an option – One of the most disappointing meals we’ve ever had. I found the food to be disgusting. We visited Brewski Chester for a family birthday meal and left genuinely stunned for all the wrong reasons. The food, in our opinion (party of six), was so devoid of flavour, quality, or care that it completely derailed what should have been a special occasion. The OG Platter which cost £80 tasted cheap, badly cooked, and nothing like the “premium” dishes advertised online was not worth this price tag. Bland, dry, overcooked chicken, barely any lamb in the wrap (mostly filled with potato), undercooked soggy chips drowned in lumpy gravy and somewhere underneath it all, a teaspoon of mushy “curds.” It was an absolute let-down. What made the experience even worse was the response from the front-of-house manager. In our experience, he appeared uninterested and dismissive throughout. When we tried to raise our concerns, the kitchen ignored us and the manager simply repeated, “I’ll pass that on.” No apology, no solution, no offer to help, just complete indifference. For a birthday celebration, this felt both disrespectful and unacceptable. We didn’t want freebies or discounts; we simply expected edible food and basic customer service. Sadly, we got neither. We thought it best not to have dessert and couldn’t wait to leave. We won’t be returning and couldn’t recommend it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £90–100
