I have had my Jura fixed twice beautifully by Tom. He knows what he is doing and is such a pleasurable person. I just called him because my Jura thought the coffee bean cover wasn't on and wouldn't let me proceed. Sure enough, he diagnosed it, was right, we found a temporary solution and I am back to crema again. Thank you so much! I highly recommend Brewtime Repair. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Tom did an excellent job repairing our in-home espresso machine when it was repeatedly tripping the GFCI. When Tom contacted the manufacturer and received an illogical explanation that it was our GFCI (which hasn’t changed in 12 years) that was the problem, Tom went the extra step of consulting with his trusted colleagues to further diagnose the problem and successfully complete the repair. We highly recommend Tom for his knowledge, friendly service and willingness to go the extra mile.
