I agree with the others who left messages here. If you are in Sangejaya, I recommend Bricca first. I think that Bricca is one of the best Italian restaurants in Tokyo. If I summarize good points of Bricca: (1) ingredients selected and used for the meals served at the restaurant are always very good and fresh, (2) each of the meals emits a vital power that is common to any best Italian cuisine, enabled fundamentally by its simplicity. But, surprisingly enough, this quality is not damaged even by the Chef's variety of sophisticated cooking techniques, (3) the Chef's philosophy of cooking as well as his originality are expressed through the qualities mentioned above, yet not by any showy or bizarre cooking methods or treatment of ingredients. I believe the Chef has a strong integrity in his attitude to cooking, which is supporting the originality and simplicity of his cooking style. To say shortly. At Bricca, you can have good Italian meals. Also, the restaurant has a unique collection of naturalist wines from various areas in Italy.
