Went to brick store after realizing the sushi place in the square was closed until 5pm. We were hungry and decided to eat at brickstore. We’ve been there before so we knew the menu. However, after this experience we won’t be going back. The food is mid and has declined in quality. They had a great cornbread app before but now it’s lost its flavor and is no longer served in the warm skillet, just a regular cold plate. Our waiter was good, he was very attentive and provided good service. However, his counterpart who delivered our cornbread was extremely rude and impolite. She literally walked by, threw the plate of cornbread and walked away without saying anything. This is the second time we’ve been there and she has been rude and extremely unpleasant. I observed her interacting with other tables and she did not treat anyone else this way. At this point, it really felt targeted and purposeful. We spoke with the manager Sam and she was apologetic. But we absolutely won’t ever return to this establishment and we would never recommend anyone going there. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: $20–30
