So glad I came in! The mushroom cobbler is a must, and the pizza was delicious as well. Staff was incredibly friendly. Hope to come back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $50–60

If you want to experience a delightful wait staff, good music, excellent food with an enjoyable cozy vibe, this is the place to go. I went out with my family and we sampled the menu. One had the "lamb two ways" and the other ordered the "brick bird" aka roasted chicken and I enjoyed the "margherita pizza" with a side of pistachio pesto. We all enjoyed sampling each other's plate and rated them each, 10 out of 10. I could taste the dedication and artful flavors that was put into our food. And you will too, go and see for yourself!! We had an amazing dinner at Brick & Bistro tonight! Every bite was packed with flavor, and you can tell they put so much care into every dish. The **Fire-Roasted Brick Bird** was absolutely incredible—perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of smoky flavor. The basmati, sunflower, and sesame pilaf was the perfect complement, and the peppercorn cognac sauce tied everything together beautifully. The **Fettina Steak** was equally impressive. The American Kobe beef was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the blueberry & ancho chili red wine sauce added the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and just a touch of spice. The roasted potatoes au gratin were unbelievably creamy with just the right hint of goat cheese—comfort food at its finest. Excellent food, wonderful service, and a warm atmosphere - we sat in the back patio with a fire pit and they offered blankets to keep us cozy - made for a fantastic dining experience. We can't wait to come back and try more from the menu. Highly recommend!
