Went with a bigger table so we get that it can be a bit more work, but we were all surprised by a 20% gratuity without warning when the checks came. Our server rarely checked on us, they seated us next to a back door that they kept opening letting in freezing cold air for no apparent reason, and the flickering lights gave several of us headaches within the first 5 minutes. Food took forever to get out and appetizers came with the rest of the food, and half of the food was cold by the time it got to us. Not a fan, not coming back.
