I had an Big Italian Sub, the sandwich was very good. My wife had Chicken Ranch Sub and she was pleased with hers as well. Service was great! We plan on returning and trying a wood fire pizza. Had never been here before, and haven't had a wood fire pizza but look forward to trying one. Price wasn't bad either, we ate for just over $20. I would highly recommend eating here. I attended the Baxter Springs Jeep invasion, it was the most outstanding event and as if it couldn't get any better I stepped inside of Bricks & Brews Woodfire Grill & Pub of Baxter Springs, KS and Keegan was the most amazing host because I am quasi-vegetarian and Keegan was the most accommodating. I was able to have roasted chicken exactly the way I love it with steamed vegetables which consisted of spinach olives mushrooms etc. It truly is one of the most outstanding places I have visited in a very, very long time. The food was simply the best, the atmosphere enchanting, and the restaurant was very well laid out. Thank you very much to the hosts and hostesses, thank you to the staff and management for making my visit memorable in the most awesome way. The bands that were playing when I visited were Koda Lewis and the flyers and headliner was Colton Kro and the murderer... Great music, awesome performance, outstanding food... Can you really ask for more!!!... I look forward to seeing you again soon. Thank you.
