I received £40 in vouchers for Xmas but didn't realise they expired after just 6 months - most vouchers expire after a year.
I asked if they could honour them if one day out of date, but they stuck rigid with the dates. £40 in the bin!
Service was nil
Food overcooked and yet unbelievably still served to the table stone cold.
Food returned to the kitchen to be rewarmed. Came back with the vegetables. Another wait. Now the food was getting cold again
Took over 75 minutes to get served with food. 3 ladies toilets. Only one could be used. One door had no lock. Another was out of order
Will not be returning
Highly recommend to AVOID at all costs
