Nice coffee shop open early from 8 am. Friendly lady serving nice breakfast but since the breakfast set does not include a drink it is pretty expensive compared to other kissaten cafes. I’ve not even seen such prices in Tokyo! Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Lovely wooden themed old coffee shop open early serving retro meals and good coffee in cute cups. The shop is over 50 years old and started by a student at the nearby naval training school. The 'bridge' is connected to Onomichi famous bridge in the harbor. The current owner is a lovely woman. She gave me a meat and egg free morning set with a big salad fruit, toast and coffee for a vegan / plant-based version of the typical morning set. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast
