As an Englishman, I can confirm that the tea and scones are really authentic. The best tea I had in Japan and the clotted cream and scones were just like I would get back home. This will be my go to place in Tokyo for when I am missing home. Upstairs has a really good selection of vintage clothing. Lots of traditional UK luxury designer brands such as Barbour and Burberry. Items cover the range from collectable to affordable. I particularly liked the selection of tweed.

Very classy coffee shop near Meguro River. The filter coffee tasted great compared to the other coffee shops I’ve been to around here! Staff were very welcoming too ^^ The 2nd floor vintage clothing collection was well-curated, stocked with old-money aesthetics. Will return when I come to this city! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
