Bridgehead used to have great coffee shops with excellent products. Sadly now what was once the pride of Ottawa has been sold off to the corporate coffee giant Second cup... Marking the end of a glorious era. Funny how Tracy (ex millionaire owner of it all) decided to keep her job at the helm after selling off, only to watch corporate Canada water down every soulful aspect of what was the wholesome essence of Bridgehead. This coffee shop needs a face lift. Looking old and dingy. Outside furniture in desperate need of replacing. If you order a wrap, which are delish, ask to heat only half the time. They heat to a molten lava temp making it impossible to eat unless you want to burn your face off and have to peel all the paper off of it prior to bting into. When I mentioned it as I was leaving I did not get a satisfactory response, seemed like they know and don't really care. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
