Jen and Christine, the owners of Bright Side Sweets, baked a gluten-free wedding cake for our daughter’s wedding. It was absolutely moist and delicious, and also beautifully presented. The customer service they provided was exemplary. I also purchased coffee cake and assorted muffins for other wedding activities. All were appreciated by the bride and groom and our wedding guests. Truth be told, if we hadn’t let folk know that the baked goods were gluten free, no one would have known the difference. Thank you Jen and Christine for making our wedding so special.
