If hungry, come here for perfectly cooked southern fried chicken, pork chops and flounder. Taste good biscuits and tasty flija. Great coffee goes well with the nice meal.
This restaurant is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the guests' point of view, prices are reasonable. It's usually good to try something new, enjoying the spectacular atmosphere. But google users rated Brintle's Homestyle Restaurant and it didn't achieve a high rating.

This is one place that I like to stop on my route and eat. The food is good and the people are friendly. Relatively quick service. In the years that I've come here, the atmosphere hasn't changed much and could use some repairs and upgrades. Overall, it's a good place for a quick meal with a friendly staff. Update: Unfortunately, it's gone! I just put in a request with Google to update its hours to "permanently closed". It's gone, I don't know how much more permanently closed you can get. Flying J is taking over. We can still get fuel. There's truck parking. There are restrooms and showers, but the convenience store is very limited, and the restaurant is Gone! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Pilot flying J has taken over this truck stop now. Can use bathrooms showers and can get snacks. The building is currently going thru a remodel. The restaurant is gone. Can park. Parking lot is fully open and can get chips soda and coffee but that's about all Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had a piece of the best fried chicken I've had in a long time. Friendly staff. Sad to hear that things are about to change. Flying J should put places like this in all their truck stops!
