I came to have 2 beers with my wife and asked before sitting down: $1.75 each (Zulia beer, nadq from the other world). I ask for the invoice and it comes to me with a total of $5. I ask how they charge me $5 instead of $3.5 and they explain to me that it is VAT + service. I demand a detailed invoice and I get 3 different people asking what I mean. In the end they tell me that it is $4.33 and for them it is easier to balance the cash at $5 and pay me back in mobile payment when I am paying in foreign currency. Get your own conclusions.
