So after ordering a Takeaway and being told it would be delivered within the hour, I phoned to ask when our food would be delivered after waiting some hour and a half plus, for it finally to arrive after two hours. Stone cold and missing two portions of food. On phoning and requesting a refund for the food which was missing I was told they could delivered in 10 to 15 minutes !!! I declined wondering whos food delivery they would be sacrificing 8n order to complete my meal. I declined and again requested the refund. I'm hoping that the money will be in my account in the near future. Food: 3 Service: 1
