The service was attentive, and I appreciated the complimentary cider or champagne to start. While the ambiance was just okay, the food was tasty, albeit with a limited menu primarily focused on beef options. If you are searching for an experience with your meal, Brix 25 is a great choice. Celebrating milestones, date nights or just indulging in well paired bites and beverages. Reservations are a smart move to make sure you get a seat, many seats come with gorgeous views of Gig Harbor inlet. In the spring and summer outdoor seating is an option. They have some staples like their burger and huge steaks as well as rotating seasonal specials. Dine in is their specialty but they also offer to-go.
