What a fantastic bakery. The bread tastes the way bread used to taste years ago before mass production took over. Crispy crust, rich flavour and the unmistakable aroma of freshly baked bread that you can smell long before you walk through the door. Everything feels authentic and made with passion. The moment you step inside, the smell alone makes you want to buy half the bakery. The pastries and bread are simply outstanding. If you visit Nääs Fabriker, don’t miss this place. Bröd & Malt @ Nääs Fabriker I’m gonna be honest about my expectations when it comes to small batch nano breweries in general. They are in the hit and miss business at best. So I was pleasantly surprised after sampling Bröd & Malts current offering. Their NEIPA w Idaho7 was really tasty despite the low ABV. The stout had a very clean coffee taste, completely free of adjunct flavours. Settings are obviously great and I think this one-year-old brewery could do really well during summer.
